- Your name and email address when you buy the program, create your account or join a waitlist.
- Anything you choose to share: your business idea, your goals, your questions, your app progress, and the posts and comments you write in the member community.
- Messages you send us through our Contact page, by email or through our Stan Store page.

Your order status, access dates, and which lessons you marked complete. Stan Store handles the payment itself.
Collected automatically
Standard technical information: browser type, device type, approximate location, pages you opened, and cookies or similar tools used for sign-in and analytics.
3. How we use it
- To run the program: give you access, track your lesson progress, and answer your questions.
- To send you program emails: reminders, materials, and occasional notes about new programs or offers.
- To see what is and isn't working, so we can improve the lessons.
- To keep the community safe and deal with abuse or spam.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job: Stan Store (checkout and receipts); our course portal hosting and database provider (where your account and progress live); our email service; our website hosting and analytics providers. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect someone's rights, safety or property.
5. Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand which pages are useful. You can block or clear them in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like logging in, may not work if you turn them off.
6. Marketing emails
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We will always keep sending you the emails you need for a program you've paid for, such as access details and receipts.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and purchase records for as long as you remain a member and for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection rules require.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, delete your account and personal information, give you a copy of your data, or stop processing it for marketing. Email info@coachveekee.com or use our Contact page. We don't charge for this.
9. Where your data lives
The services we use are mostly hosted in the United States, so your information may be processed there. We choose providers with reasonable safeguards and send only what they need.
10. Security
We use access controls, secure connections and trusted providers, and we limit who can see your information. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take it seriously and we will tell you if something goes wrong.
11. Children
This program is for adults. Our site is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell members directly.
